• You MUST live in Florida's CONGRESSIONAL District 15. (Remember not to confuse this with the STATE House District.) If you do not know your Congressional district, you can check your voter registration card or go to https://house.gov and input your zip code.

• This MUST be filled out and signed by hand. If you would like to complete a petition, you can either please print and sign, and then hand to me if we meet each other in public, or you can inform me of your intention to sign by sending me an email at info@peopleforcongress.com, and I will be more than happy to send you a self-addressed stamped envelope with a copy of the petition for your signature.
