However, in place of paying this fee, candidates can collect 5,181 petitions.

That sounds like a lot, but WE CAN DO THIS.

REQUIREMENTS:

​

• You MUST live in Florida's Congressional District 15. Don't know your district? You can find out in these two ways: 1) Voter Registration Card, or 2) https://house.gov and input your zip code.

• The petition MUST be filled out by hand and in ink. No digital signatures are allowed. Please fill out completely with the following:

  • Printed full name​ as it appears on your voter information card

  • Date of Birth or Voter Registration Number

  • Address

  • City

  • County

  • State

  • Zip code

  • Signature

  • Date Signed
